Return & Refund Policy
At Conor & Aisling Waterford, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but items must not be worn.

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations to return part of the order are not permitted.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow the steps below:

Submit a return request by contacting us at Info@ConorAislingWaterford.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable international shipping or customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Responsibility & Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when placing an order.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.
